Another Jersey Devil Sighting?

An article in NJ.com, October 2015, offered up a reader's picture of the "Jersey Devil":

The classic hand-drawn image comes from a 1909 Philadelphia Post edition, created during a rash of sightings throughout New Jersey and the surrounding states.
